Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of ConsoleKit, including its website, application, exports, public shares, and related services.

Effective date: 31 August 2026

1. Using ConsoleKit

By using ConsoleKit, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use ConsoleKit for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

2. Accounts and permissions

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for the activity carried out through your account. You may connect only Google properties and workspace data that you are authorised to access. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate member and property permissions.

3. Your data and instructions

You retain your rights in data, content, URLs, instructions, and materials you submit or connect. You give ConsoleKit the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up, export, and secure that material so we can provide the service. You must not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains sensitive information that the service does not need.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse ConsoleKit, bypass security or rate limits, access another workspace or property without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, use automated access outside our documented interfaces, or use outputs to make decisions where a professional or legally required review is needed.

5. Search data, AI, and research features

ConsoleKit provides analytics, drafts, summaries, recommendations, and research tools to help you investigate search performance. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by source coverage and provider limits. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them, publishing content, changing a website, or making a business decision. ConsoleKit does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

6. Public dashboards and exports

You are responsible for the information you include in a public dashboard or export and for choosing who can access it. Do not publish confidential or personal information unless you have a lawful basis and are authorised to do so. You can revoke or change a share where those controls are available, but you should assume that a recipient may retain a copy.

7. Third-party services

ConsoleKit may depend on third-party services, including Google and hosting, email, AI, analytics, or research providers. Their services may have separate terms, availability, and privacy practices. ConsoleKit is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep ConsoleKit useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including free features, where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

9. Fees and cancellation

If a paid plan or order applies to you, the price, billing interval, renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms shown at purchase or in your order govern that plan. You may stop using ConsoleKit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, non-payment, security risk, or legal reasons. Provisions that reasonably need to continue, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsoleKit is provided on an “as available” basis and we exclude warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your mandatory consumer rights.

11. General

These terms and any applicable order form are the entire agreement about your use of ConsoleKit. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may assign these terms as part of a reorganisation or transfer of the service. You may not assign them without our consent. Before bringing a claim, please contact legal@consolekit.io so we can try to resolve it.

If you are a consumer, the laws and courts that apply where you live may apply to your use of the service. For business users, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
